I don't have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my laptop, but that's not necessary right? The only difference between the laptop and my PC is that I'm using he Adobe Cloud Photograpy subscription on my PC (Lightroom/Photoshop CC), and I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed. However, I'm experiencing still the same issues with Photoshop Elements 2019. After cleaning up the AppData folders and a fresh install, I was able to accept the license agreement for Organizer. It kept asking to accept the license agreement. However, I wasn't able to start Organizer as well. I was hoping that this would be the solution, but that wasn't the case Then another reboot and I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 again. The next thing I did was cleaning up the %appdata% folders in the screenshot below:Īfter cleaning up the AppData folders, I did a reboot again and used CCleaner to clean up remaining files and fix registry errors. The last option I tried was to remove all Adobe software from the laptop, so I removed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019.I also tried to use a fixed IP-adres, subnetmask, gateway and DNS server but that also didn't make a difference. To make sure the issue was not caused by my modem, I used the hotspot function on my iPhone and let the laptop use the hotspot. The second thing I tried was using a different internet connection.I turned off the Automatically detect settings option, but that didn't seem to help, even after a reboot. I checked the internet options as you said:.I did several things to try to solve this: Does anyone have a suggestion what I can do? Made sure I entered the correct Adobe ID and password.I entered the serial number there and It registered Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019, so the serial number is valid. Completely remove Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019, run a file/registry cleaning tool (CCleaner), did a reboot and installed the software again.I did the following to try to solve this issue: After this, the screen disappears and prompt me to login again (step 6).I entered the serial number that the Adobe Redeem page gave me after I entered the redeem/voucher code It asked me to login (which I did), and clicked the License this software button.I rebooted the laptop (to be sure) and started Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 and clicked the Photo Editor.I started the installer, it asked me to login (which I did), and completed the installation without any issues.I clicked the download button to download the software.I saved this number safely in my password manager The Adobe website gave me my Photoshop Elements 2019 serial number.I went to signed in and entered the code that I got when I bought the software online. However, Photoshop Elements 2019 keeps asking me to login and enter my serialkey. I want to use Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 on my PC, and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 on a laptop.įirst I installed Adobe Premiere Elements on my PC. This week I bought a digital copy of Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019.
